Financial publications and annual reviews

This page lists Siili Solutions Plc's annual reports, half-year reports, business reviews and financial statement releases annually, from [1 July 2023 onwards]. The company complies with the Securities Markets Act on its half-year reporting and publishes business review reports for the first three and first nine months of the financial year, which present key information describing the company's financial development.

Siili Solutions Plc's Q1 and Q3 business reports are not interim reports in accordance with IAS 34. 

Siili Solutions Plc’s disclosure policy was amended on 1 July 2023, as of which the company’s disclosure languages are Finnish and English. Prior to 1 July 2023, Siili Solutions Plc’s disclosure language was Finnish.
