Managers’ transactions

Siili Solutions Plc’s managers and their closely associated persons referred to in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, “MAR”) are requested to follow the instructions below for notifying transactions. The managers themselves are responsible for the accuracy of the information.

Instructions for filing a transaction notification

Log on to the e-service of Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA): https://asiointi.finanssivalvonta.fi/en.

Complete the transaction notification form found on the landing page of the FIN-FSA’s e-service under the heading “Managers’ transactions”.

On the third page (Summary), you will see the notification you have completed in both XML format and as a summary in a stock exchange release format.

Select “Show plain language summary”, copy the information from the page and send it without delay by email to sijoittajat@siili.com.

Attach to the email a PDF copy of the form from the next page (page 4, “Submission”). Send the notification to the FIN-FSA by clicking the “Send” button.

Indicate a telephone number where you can be reached if Siili has any questions regarding the notification.
